What is your weekly availability?

Our schedule is typically open all week except we are closed on Sundays and Thursdays.

Are RAW Images included in our galleries?

Yes! RAW Images will be included in the delivered gallery.

What is your cancellation and Reschedule policy?

Cancellations are allowed until 48 hours before the scheduled session. If a client cancels a session, with less than 48 hour notice, there will be a mandatory $65 charge applied to the clients along with the non-refundable booking fee.

Clients who for reasonable circumstances cancel within 48 hours of the session will have an opportunity to reschedule at a later date only once, 30 days within the originally scheduled date. After 30 days, the client must book a new appointment depositing a new booking fee.

If a client is a no call no show, half of the total session fee will be applied.

What is your turn around time and do you offer expedited gallery delivery?

Our turn around time is about 10 business days. We do offer expedited delivery within 24-48 hours of the sessions for an additional fee of $200.

Can I use the images on my digital platforms?

Yes! You will receive a limited copyright release outlining the terms, but you may use the images in print or online for personal marketing as long as proper credit is afforded to new captures photography.

What if I would like to do a studio shoot?

We give our clients the option to shoot at our base studio, or at an external outdoor location of choice.
